As we age, it’s crucial for us to understand the changes our bodies are going through. Together, we make sense of your body and hormones through menopause, so you can feel balanced, energized, and back in control.

Drawing from my 20+ years as an entertainer, where I would extend myself on stage with skills of fire dancing, roller skating and acrobatics, I understand how tough it can be to push your body while still seeking balance. That’s why I coach you to ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and instead create a lifestyle that feels as good as it looks.

I’m Jaime — coach, guide, and the heart behind Total Being Fitness. My work is rooted in helping women reconnect with their strength in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and realistic.

I know that fitness is never just about workouts. It’s about energy, confidence, hormones, habits, stress, mindset, and how supported you feel while trying to make change actually stick.
